So there I am sitting at my local bar when all of a sudden the door swings open with a bang and a dude hurries to the bar looking kinda flustered. Orders 18 double whiskies, and tells the bartender to line ‘em all up on the bar. This piques my curiosity so I’m listening to the bartender saying how he cant serve him 18 doubles, it’s not ’safe’. Offers to pour him 5 doubles, which the guy accepts. They’re all lined up on the bar and this guy necks every one of them, straight in a row, and says ‘Jeez I needed that.’ Barman gives a wry look and says ‘Special occasion?’ and the response - ‘Yeah, kinda… my first blow job today.’ With that my buddy the barman offers to buy him another double, saying it’s a milestone in your life, lemme buy you another, yadda yadda yadda. The guy says ‘Sure, I could use another, those five haven’t got rid of the taste yet.’

Not strictly a true story, but kinda funny I thought. Sick, but funny.
